I am sure that you will look back with satisfaction upon the character of the service you have rendered, and feel that you have been of real benefit to a great portion of your fellow citizens. I trust that you will be able to follow up your suggestions with the Congress, when it comes into session." In very good to fine condition, with some light creasing and several horizontal folds. Accompanied by the original White House mailing envelope.
