Early Island Records 45 RPM record sleeve for the U2 single 'New Year's Day / Treasure (Whatever Happened to Pete the Chop),' signed on the front in red felt tip, "Larry," and in blue felt tip, "Bono, 83," "Adam," and "Edge." In very good to fine condition, with some light creasing. The record is not included.
