Scarce ALS in French, one page, 5.75 x 8.25, September 17, 1978. Letter to Raoul, in full (translated): "Albert told me that you have been appointed to an important position of A.I.C.A. I am happy for you and congratulate you! I laughed a lot right now. Therese joins me to kiss you and Jeanine." In fine condition, with creasing to the lower left corner, and a diagonal crease passing above the signature.
