Large free franked address panel, 8 x 3.5, addressed to "His Royal Highness the Duke of Clarence, Lord High Admiral of England," and franked in the lower left, "Exmouth." Marked "On His Majesty's Service" in the upper right. Affixed to a slightly larger card and in fine condition, with trimmed edges.
