Fantastic handwritten letter from alternative rock band The Breeders addressed to their punk heroes The Ramones, signed “Hugs & Kisses, Kimi," "Jim Macpherson," "Jose Medeles," and "Smack! Smack! Kelley," who adds her lipstick print, one page, 6 x 8.25, no date. Written in the hand of lead guitarist Kelley Deal, the letter, in full: "Dear Sirs: (Joey, CJ, Mark, John), We just mentioned that you were our idols. Dai said he was going to interview you. We screamed out No! Tell them we said hi! We miss you & want to be you." In very good condition, with intersecting folds and overall creasing. From the collection of bassist CJ Ramone, and accompanied by a signed letter of provenance.
