The Draper-Maynard Co. agrees to furnish Charles Casey Stengel baseball gloves or mitts made according to his specifications, to be billed at $1.00. 2. Charles Casey Stengel agrees to allow the Draper-Maynard Co. the exclusive use of his name on gloves, mitts or other advertising material in connection herewith."
