Gilruth," one page, 8 x 10.5, NASA letterhead, November 10, 1962, in part: "Enclosed is the autographed first day cover which you requested. Your kind words of thanks and encouragement are very much appreciated by all of us on the Project Mercury team." In overall fine condition.
