Agreement between Peak Productions and Lucille Ball for the latter to appear on the game show Password, to be taped on January 3 and 4, 1966, with compensation of $1000. Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Ball and also initialed on the reverse. A one-page rider is stapled to the document as well, and is also initialed by Ball. In fine condition, with staple to top left and a horizontal crease to bottom of page.
