Partly-printed vellum DS as president, signed “J. Q. Adams,” one page, 15.5 x 9.5, January 1, 1828. President Adams grants Samuel T. Moore of Callaway County, Missouri, a parcel of land "offered for Sale at St. Louis, Missouri, containing one hundred and sixty acres." Signed at the conclusion by Adams and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Graham. Beige paper seal remains affixed to lower left corner. In fine condition, with a bit of light staining.
