Description
Uncommon early 17 x 20.5 NASA poster honoring the Apollo 7 mission, depicting the crew in their white space suits under bold text, "Apollo SC/101, First Manned Apollo Spacecraft," signed in red felt tip by Walt Cunningham, Wally Schirra, and Donn Eisele. In very good condition, with creasing, multiple horizontal folds, and loss to the upper left edge. From the personal collection of Paul Kruppenbacher, a member of the NASA Houston Landing and Recovery Division who trained Apollo astronauts in water recovery procedures and was deployed on U.S. Navy aircraft carriers for crew and spacecraft recovery operations.
