Uncommon color satin-finish 8 x 6 photo of a collage depicting a man standing at a urinal and the lower portion of a woman’s face, with Lennon’s printed signature in the corner, and signed on the reverse by Lennon in black ballpoint, “‘Just Pissing About’ J. L.” Double-matted and framed to an overall size of 16 x 14, with a window on the reverse for viewing the signature. Scattered soiling and surface impressions, otherwise fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Beatles expert Frank Caiazzo. This image was featured in the June 1975 issue of Crawdaddy magazine as part of a collection of poems and essays contributed by various celebrities on the topic of growing up. Other contributors to the series included Muhammad Ali, Rodney Dangerfield, Chris Hillman, and Patti Smith. An unusual signed example from the eccentric Beatles frontman. Pre-certified REAL.
