King of Spain (1605-1665) who reigned from 1621 until his death. Untranslated manuscript DS in Spanish, signed “Yo el Rey,” one page, 8 x 12, December 19, 1621. Signed at the conclusion by the 16-year-old king. In very good condition, with dampstaining and toning. Philip ascended the throne only eight months prior, making this a particularly early example.
