Two Apollo 11 “Fifth Anniversary” commemorative launch passes, each 5 x 3, featuring the Apollo 11 mission insignia and a lunar motif on a blue background, issued by the John F. Kennedy Space Center for the fifth anniversary of the mission on July 16, 1974. The reverse of each closely follows the design and wording of the original Apollo 11 launch credentials, welcoming the bearer to the anniversary observance and bearing the facsimile signature of Kennedy Space Center Director Kurt H. Debus. Both passes feature a red vertical stripe to the left edge and are individually numbered “10588” and “10591.” In overall very good to fine condition, with scattered spotting and toning to both sides of each pass.
