Lending agreement between Transworld Artists, Inc., and Cinema City Films, for the "loanout of the services of Mel Gibson," outlining the terms and conditions of the agreement. Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Mel Gibson to signify his consent, and countersigned by executives from the two studios. In fine condition, with a PSA/DNA label affixed to the reverse of the signed page. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from PSA/DNA. Cinema City Films worked on the production of the 1988 romantic crime film Tequila Sunrise, starring Mel Gibson, Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell.
