Housed together in a folder labeled: "American Embassy, Mexico, D.F., Arrival Kit for Miss Ann Gargan."

Includes:

- a 30˝ x 20˝ silk banner with portraits of Presidents John F. Kennedy and Adolfo López Mateos, reading: "Bienvenidos Sr. President."

- an "Aboard the Presidential Aircraft" preflight report for the flight from Andrews to Mexico City, noting the forecast: "Pretty cloudy."
