Wozniak, Steven P. Jobs, and Ronald G. Wayne, bearing reproduced signatures of all three founders.
Also included: a one-page “Loan Agreement” dated April 6, 1976, concerning a $5,000 loan extended to Apple Computer Company by Allen J. Baum and Elmer Baum; a one-page amendment to the “Apple Computer Company Partnership Agreement,” dated April 12, 1976, documenting Ronald Wayne's withdrawal from the partnership and the transfer of his ownership interest, bearing reproduced signatures of Wozniak, Jobs, and Wayne; and a one-page copy of a “County of Santa Clara Statement of Withdrawal of General Partner” document, dated April 12, 1976, documenting Ronald Wayne's withdrawal from Apple Computer Company, with reproduced filing information and signature.
The documents preserve the text of several foundational records associated with Apple's formation in April 1976, including the company's original partnership agreement, Ronald Wayne's departure from the partnership eleven days later, and an early financing agreement executed during Apple's earliest days. In overall fine condition, with staple holes to upper left corners.
