Program from the "Full International Can-Am Canadian-American Challenge Cup," held September 1–3, 1967, 8.25 x 10.75, signed inside in blue ballpoint by 16 racing drivers, including: Mark Donohue, Carroll Shelby, Bruce McLaren, Mario Andretti, Pete Revson, John Surtees, Roger McCluskey, Jerry Grant, George Follmer, Jerry Hansen, Jim Hall, Skip Scott, Sam Posey, Chuck Parsons, and Dan Gurney. In fine condition, with a minor musty odor.
A scarce assemblage of sought-after automotive names, with several of particular note: Donohue won the 1972 Indianapolis 500 before being killed in an accident while practicing for the 1975 Austrian Grand Prix; Revson won two Formula One Grands Prix before his death in a 1974 accident while training training for the South African Grand Prix; and Shelby and McLaren made their names as innovative automotive designers.
