Two items from the Sapporo 1972 Winter Olympics, both issued to Soviet delegate Alexandra Ivouchkina, including: her official folding bilingual French-English ‘Identity Card’ booklet, housed in its original green vinyl sleeve, measuring 9.75 x 4 open, the inside identifying the bearer as “Alexandra Ivouchkina,” listed as a female “officiel féminin” representing the U.R.S.S., with a passport-style photograph, issued in Moscow on January 10, 1972, which certified the bearer’s authorization to travel to Japan and attend the XI Olympic Winter Games; and an organizing committee advisor's badge, silvered bronze, 37 mm x 59 mm, with the white-and-yellow double ribbon measuring 80 mm in length, with the badge bearing a dark blue enamel bar reading, "Advisor." The badge includes its original white leather presentation box. In overall fine condition.
