Souvenir group lot of five items from the Los Angeles 1932 Summer Olympics, including: a Japanese-made hand-painted jewelry cabinet marked on the top, “Xth Olympiad, Los Angeles, 1932,” decorated with floral and avian motifs and retaining its original interior compartments; a plaster Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum paperweight with its original red, white, and blue presentation box; a “Victory Award” bronze-toned medallion featuring a discus thrower on one side with raised text, “1st NCR Olympics,” and the reverse bearing the Games emblem above text, “100 Percent of Quota”; a silver-toned cigarette case embossed with a diver to the front and “1932 Olympic Games, Los Angeles, California” to the reverse; and a black shield-shaped ashtray with its detached Olympic athlete figurine. In overall very good condition, with scattered wear and losses consistent with age and use, and the referenced Olympic athlete figurine detached from ashtray.
