American photographer (1937-2020) best known for his work in the late 1960s for the music magazine Rolling Stone, becoming the magazine's first chief photographer from 1967 until late 1970. Attractive satin-finish 11 x 16 photograph of Grateful Dead frontman Jerry Garcia with folded arms and wearing a leather jacket in a half-length pose, smiling at a camera held by photographer Baron Wolman, who has signed in the lower border in felt tip.
