Accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity from Mitchell, who writes: "The accompanying Apollo 14 embroidered crew patch…was carried into lunar orbit aboard the spacecraft Kitty Hawk in my personal preference kit…during the Apollo 14 mission to the moon."
