Vintage fountain pen signature, “Best Wishes, Hank Williams,” on an off-white 5.5 x 4.5 album page inside an autograph album, annotated at the top with the date, “7-11-52.” Signed exactly one month before Williams was dismissed from the Grand Ole Opry on August 11, 1952, the autograph was obtained during the final month of his tenure as a member of the famed country music institution. Other signers within the book include Grand Ole Opry performers Red Foley, Kathy Copas, Chet Atkins, Marty Robbins, Eddie Hill, Jimmy Dickens, Bill Carlisle, Minnie Pearl, Rex Allen, Ernest Tubb, Billy Byrd, and others. In fine condition. Accompanied by a group of five vintage candid photographs, two showing young ladies posing with country performers.
