Flown 23.5 x 11 star chart carried on Space Shuttle Discovery for STS-51-D, signed and flight-certified in black ballpoint by the mission's commander, "Flown on STS 51D, Karol 'Bo' Bobko." Handwritten notations identify various constellations, including "Ursa Major (Big Dipper)," "Cetus (The Sea Monster)," "Aries (The Ram)," "Southern Cross," "Hercules," "Scorpius," "Sagittarius," "Leo," "Lyra," "Cygnus (The Swan)," and others. In very good to fine condition, with three vertical folds and a tear to the upper left corner.
