Uncommon Apollo 11 medallion struck from a die carried to the moon by the Apollo 11 crew, 2.5˝ in diameter, with the front bearing the Project Apollo logo with upper and lower text: "Lunar Landing, July 1969"; and the reverse reading: "The die for this medallion was carried to the moon and back by the crew of Apollo 11 in July, 1969," with facsimile signatures of Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins below. Encased in a 3.75˝-diameter Lucite block. In fine condition, with a couple of minor chips to the Lucite's rough-cut bottom edge.
