Voyager Program 30th Anniversary ‘appreciation’ plaque presented to actress Nichelle Nichols, who famously portrayed Uhura in the Star Trek television series and its film sequels, consisting of a wooden 8.5 x 11.25 plaque with a mounted “Voyager 1977-2007” collage photo, four affixed emblem buttons, and an engraved dedication plate that reads: “Nichelle Nichols, In appreciation for participation in the celebration of Voyager’s 30th anniversary and long sustained support to the nation’s space program.” Includes a color glossy 4 x 6 postcard photo of Uhura, signed in black felt tip by Nichols. In overall fine condition, with some irregular ink adhesion to the signature.
