The outlaw's eyeglasses—a collection of personal accessories belonging to Frank James

Collection of five personal items which personally belonged to famed outlaw Frank James, including: a pair of silver-tone eyeglasses with circular lenses and flexible wire stems, in a hardshell case; an elegant pair of handheld opera-style reading glasses with circular magnifying lenses; two loose lenses in a leather eyeglass case; and two ornate silver-tone brushes. In overall very good to fine condition, with some tarnishing to the brush handles.

Provenance: Riba-Mobley Auctions, 1988; part of a selection of items consigned directly by a James family member.
