Description

Superb original 5.25 x 8.5 boudoir cabinet photo of "Comanche John, Son of Blue Kimbe," shown in a striking full-length pose adorned in a fringed and beaded cape, a buffalo horn headdress, and two beaded tab bags, along with a cartridge belt, by A. Frank Randall of Willcox, Arizona Territory, circa 1886. The studio imprint on the reverse advertises Randall as a "Dealer in Views of Arizona and New Mexico: Geronimo and his Band, also Tonto, San Carlos, Yuma, Mojave, White Mountains, Jicarilla, Mescalero, and Apache Photos." In fine condition.
