Three original vintage photographs of Mohandas Gandhi, which include: a glossy 8 x 6 news photo of the Mahatma on his march from Ahmedabad's Sabarmati Ashram to the Arabian Sea coast to protest the British salt monopoly on April 9, 1930, the reverse bearing an affixed caption and photo stamps from The Daily Mirror and N.E.A, the latter dated March 14, 1931; a wonderful matte-finish 10 x 12 half-length photo of Gandhi standing outdoors in a namaste gesture; and a colorized matte-finish 10 x 12 full-length photo of Gandhi seated in a lotus position with hands pressed together below his chin. In overall very good to fine condition, with light edge wear to the large photos, and corner creasing to the smaller image.
