Display containing a .5˝ x .25˝ swatch of Kapton foil attested as being removed from the Apollo 8 Command Module following its oceanic splashdown on December 27, 1968. Mounted to a color presentation card with Apollo 8-related imagery and text, which is, in turn, encased in an acrylic display stand measuring 4.25˝ x 2.75˝ x 1.5˝. In fine condition.
