Small 1860 campaign ferrotype brooch of Republican presidential candidate Abraham Lincoln, with the image resembling Mathew Brady’s portrait of Lincoln taken in New York City on February 27, 1860, the day of his famous Cooper Union speech. The gilt brass brooch measures .75˝ x 1˝, approximately, with the pin to reverse missing. In very good to fine condition, with a crack to right edge of image.
