Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 15.75 x 9.75, November 10, 1830. President Jackson grants William Hibler of St. Louis County, Missouri, a parcel of land "at St. Louis, Missouri, containing Eighty Acres." Prominently signed at the conclusion in ink by President Andrew Jackson, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. The white paper seal affixed at the lower left remains fully intact. In fine condition.
