Two ALSs from the Huxley brothers:
Aldous: ALS, one page both sides, 5 x 7, personal letterhead, July 15, 1957, handwritten letter to Miss Meyer: “Thank you for your very friendly letter. I mentioned Krishnamurti, because I have a deep respect & personal affection for him, & because I regard such books as ‘Commentary on Living’ & ‘The First & Last Freedom’ as contributions of the highest importance.”
Julian: ALS, one page both sides, 5.5 x 7, August 18, 1934, handwritten letter to “Ralph,” in part: “Don’t I usually get a small fee for such things as the enclosed? One doesn't want to bleed the academic writer, but $20 or $25? Would you deal with it? If he denies, wd you let me know what he says?" In overall very good to fine condition, with light creasing and small stains to the Aldous letter.
