Steve Jobs's personally-owned vintage circa 1979–1980 Apple Pascal poster, 20 x 15, featuring "Pascal: Spoken Here" in a combination of Apple's trademark rainbow-striped lettering and elegant faux-chrome script. Below, the "Apple Computer Inc." logo is imprinted in glossy black lettering against the matte black background. Affixed to a same-size mount and in very good to fine condition, with unobtrusive dampstaining to the upper left corner.
This scarce poster features the same "Pascal: Spoken Here" emblem as a 1979 advertisement which featured it as an iron-on decal, designed to be put on a t-shirt and 'let the world know who speaks Pascal.' The posters were apparently distributed to Apple authorized dealers during the 1980s.
This was one of several Apple promotional posters kept in the back garage of the Los Altos family home.
Provenance: from the personal collection of John Chovanec, stepbrother of Steve Jobs.
