Scarce organizing committee official's badge issued for the Sapporo 1972 Winter Olympics. Silvered bronze, 37 mm x 59 mm, with the white-and-yellow double ribbon measuring 80 mm in length. The badge features the Sapporo Games logo over the Olympic rings and the text, “Sapporo ’72,” and a blue enamel bar reading, "S.O.O.C. Official." Complete with its original white leather presentation box; the underside of the lid bears ink notations.
