Organizing committee badge from the Cortina 1956 Winter Olympics, measuring 32 mm x 54 mm, featuring an enameled design of the Winter Olympics logo set on a blue background with "Comitato Organizzatore” below. The reverse is marked, “C. O. N. I., Mod. Depositato, Stabilimenti Artistici Fiorentini.” Just 72 of these beautiful badges were produced for the organizers of the VII Olympic Winter Games.
