Appealing group lot of 19 Olympic souvenir or commemorative items from the collection of noted IOC member James Worrall, which includes: two brass-tone sheep bells from the Lillehammer 1994 Winter Olympics, both engraved “Lillehammer ‘94” and featuring an enamel designs of two children petting a lamb; a pewter key chain from the Lillehammer Games, featuring a pictogram of a skier; a maroon neckle emblem of the Barcelona 1992 Summer Games emblem, suspended from a matching cloth loop; a pair of Ray-Ban Olympian sunglasses, with original holder and booklet; a pair of gold-tone Olympic rings cuff links, gilt and set against a blue enamel background, with original case; a set of nine gold-tone button with central designs of the Olympic rings, with original case; a pair of Olympic participation pins, one gold and one silver, featuring a flaming torch over the Olympic rings; and an attractive hematite bead necklace issued by the Athens Olympic Bid Committee during the city’s attempt to host the 1996 Summer Olympics, the prospective emblem displayed in the pendant, with original suede presentation folder.
