Three vintage press releases issued by Leslie Perrin to promote the “Rolling Stones Rock ‘n’ Roll Circus” recording, which took place at Intertel Television Studios in Stonebridge Park, London, on December 11, 1968. The press releases range in size from 8.25 x 10.5 to 8.25 x 13. The show featured performances by the Rolling Stones, John Lennon, Yoko Ono, The Who, Eric Clapton, Jethro Tull, Taj Mahal, and Marianne Faithfull. During the show, John Lennon performed with his temporary supergroup, The Dirty Mac; the band members were John Lennon, Yoko Ono, Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, and Mitch Mitchell. All of the performances were filmed and recorded under the direction of Michael Lynsey-Hogg and recorded on a mobile four-track machine with Glynn Johns and Jimmy Miller engineering.
