French jazz pianist, composer, and arranger (1930-2020) who was a major part of the traditional jazz revival in the late 1960s. He also wrote music for over one hundred films. Two items: a lengthy AMQS in black ink on an off-white 7.5 x 7 musically lined sheet signed at the bottom, “Claude Bolling,” who adds several bars of music across three staves from his 1973 'Suite for Flute and Jazz Piano'; and a glossy 8 x 10 photo of Bolling seated at a piano, signed in silver ink. In overall fine condition.
