Original vintage circa 1931 glossy 6 x 8.75 news service photograph of Chicago Outfit crime boss Al Capone seated in the Chicago Detective bureau following his arrest on vagrancy charges. Reverse bears an Associated Press credit stamp and several date stamps, the earliest being February 28, 1931. In very good to fine condition, with creasing to both shoulders, editorial markings, and a small edge chip. Encapsulated by PSA as an authentic 'Type I' photograph.
