Desirable set of four relics removed from the White House during its expansive renovations undertaken by Harry S. Truman in 1950—a hand-forged nail, a coil of wire, and two stones, one red (possibly brecciated jasper) and the other white (likely limestone or quartz). All are presented on a wooden block, 4.75˝ x 7˝ x 1.25˝, with an affixed presentation plaque, "Original White House Material Removed in 1950.” In fine condition.
