Edison, Inc.," containing a resolution appointing "Ralph H. Allen to be the substitute and proxy of this Company," signed at the conclusion in ink by Thomas Edison, Charles Edison, Stephen B. Mambert, Harry F. Miller, and J. W. Robinson; and a DS signed "Thos. A. Edison," one page both sides, 8 x 11, June 9, 1920, headed "Minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors of Edison Manufacturing Company," listing the officers elected to serve on the board, signed at the conclusion in ink by Thomas Edison, Charles Edison, Stephen B. Mambert, Harry F. Miller, John V. Miller, and Ralph H. Allen. In fine condition, with fading to the Edison signature on the earlier document. Accompanied by an unsigned glossy 10 x 8 group photo featuring Edison.
