(United Productions of America, 1997) Original hand-painted 12-field color model cel for a limited edition cel released by UPA featuring Mister Magoo, which is signed in black felt tip by legendary animator Paul Carlson. The cel, which is placed on a color copy background measuring 13 x 11, depicts the elderly character holding his cane and looking through the end of his title, “Mister Magoo.” The total cel image measures 8.25 x 5.25, and the lower right bears a UPA Limited Edition Cel seal. In fine condition.
