Hungarian-born nuclear physicist (1908-2003) who worked with Fermi on the Manhattan Project and later assumed a leading role in the development of the hydrogen bomb. Two items: a first edition of the book Energy & Conflict: The Life and Times of Edward Teller, hardcover with dust jacket, signed on the title page in black ink by Teller; and a glossy 5 x 7 close-up photo of Teller, which is signed in black felt tip. In overall very good to fine condition, with wear and tears to the book's dust jacket.
