(Walt Disney Studios, 1937) Original production drawing of Pluto from Hawaiian Holiday, which shows Mickey Mouse’s pet dog in a startled full-figure pose. Accomplished in graphite and colored pencil on untrimmed 12 x 10 animation paper marked "37" in the lower right corner. Image measures 5.5 x 5.75. In fine condition. Hawaiian Holiday is a classic Walt Disney short film that features an ensemble cast of Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Donald Duck, and Goofy while vacationing in Hawaii. It was Disney's first film to be released by RKO, ending a five-year distributing partnership with United Artists.
