The cel is placed on a custom hand-painted background of the ocean floor. Image measures 8 x 6.75, with a mat opening of 11.5 x 8.5. Triple-matted with an overall size of 18 x 15. The piece has the silver Walt Disney Company seal to the lower right. In fine condition.
