Gorgeous original artwork by Joann Daley of legendary musicians Les Paul and Mary Ford, which was used as the front cover design for the 1996 compilation CD, Les Paul & Mary Ford: 16 Most Requested Songs. Accomplished in acrylic and mixed media on 15.5 x 15.5 illustration board, the painting depicts the popular 1950s husband-and-wife musical duo in an attractive half-length pose, with Paul holding one of his world-famous guitars. Daley has signed above Paul’s shoulder in pink artist pencil. Housed in its original folder, the front of which bears Daley’s artist label. In fine condition.
