(Walt Disney Studios, 1942) Original production cel featuring Faline from Bambi, which shows the blue-eyed fawn standing in a playful full-length pose below a tree branch with falling flower petals. The cel has been trimmed and applied to a hand-painted background as prepared by Courvoisier Galleries for sale. Total image measures 6.5 x 6.75, with overall dimensions of 8.75 x 8. In fine condition, with faint waving, and toning to the taped edges. An uncommon Bambi character made all the more desirable by a lovely Courvoisier backdrop.
