Two items: an ink signature, “Warren G. Harding,” an off-white 3.5 x 2 card with a gilt-embossed presidential seal; and an engraving of the South Portico of the White House, 6.5 x 4, signed in bold ink as first lady, “A message of good wishes, Florence King Harding.” In overall fine condition, with small stains to the vignette. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope for the engraving, which is hand-addressed by Florence; a letter of transmittal from Florence’s White House secretary; and an original black-bordered sympathy card sent by Florence following the death of her husband, President Harding.
