Original 3˝ x 2.5˝ x .5˝ segment of brick red Rekortan track removed from the track of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, which served as the host venue for the Los Angeles 1984 Summer Olympics. The segment is encased in 4˝ x 4˝ x 1˝ block of Lucite, which is engraved on the top: “Official 1984 Olympic Track, Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.” In fine condition, with some light scuffs to the Lucite block.
