Two items signed by Knotts: a glossy 8 x 10 photo of Deputy Barney Fife from The Andy Griffith Show, signed in blue felt tip, "Don Knotts"; and a questionnaire filled out and signed by Knotts, "Don Knotts," one page, 8.5 x 11, no date but circa late 1970s, responding to inquiries related to an unpublished 'Celebrity Yearbook.' The actor fills out his date of birth ("July 21, 1926"), favorite song ("We Had an Old Cow who Wouldn't Give Any Milk So We Sold Him"), favorite pastime ("Golf"), favorite expression ("Far out!"), greatest hero ("Jack Benny"), greatest dislike ("Violence"), and ambition ("To make one really fine motion picture"). In overall fine condition, with light creasing to the bottom of the questionnaire.
